Hi,

Upon closer inspection this IP has been the subject of a very large attack in the range of 18-20Gbit/s. As such we will not remove the null route in this instance for at least 72 hours.

I suggest you use this time to speak with this customer to try and determine why they are being repeatedly attacked.

Once at least 72 hours has passed, we will remove the null route only to monitor it to make sure the attack is not ongoing at that time.

If the attack is no longer occurring, we will leave the IP up and accessible at that time. If the attack resumes again within a short period for this same IP, then we will null route the IP indefinitely.
