84的杯具了

一个客户的VPS，不能启动了，联系了官方，给的回答是这样的。这个怎么办？

Unfortunately it looks like something has been corrupted on the vps, as I stated before I see a recent OS reinstallation. Was the server working after that Os reinstall or is that about the time the server went offline? I have been trying to get the networking to work on the server but I can not.
