We apologize about the incredibly short notice but we will be performing a hardware move tomorrow on all slab customers in Luxembourg. We were hoping for more notice but due to vacation times in Europe and when our contract ends with Luxconnect, we have little say. This is to handle the Luxembourg -> Switzerland migration. Nodes hosting your VMs and storage slabs in Luxembourg will be shut down and then physically transferred to our DC and Switzerland and setup there. We expect it to take upwards of 24 hours to complete, though hope for it to be a lot less. Francisco will be remotely working with the techs as best to his ability to make sure the migration goes smoothly and service is restored quickly.
Please note that this notification concerns you only if you have a virtual server in Luxembourg with a storage slab attached to it. All other VMs in Luxembourg without storage slabs have been already live-migrated to Switzerland with no/minimal downtime. We would also like to reiterate that nothing else changes for the users except VM's physical location. Your data, IP address, configuration, price etc. remains as it is and our content policies also remain the same.
