I was trying to upgrade from the $19 Manus subscription to the $39 plan. During the payment process, it showed "payment failed," so I tried again — but it failed again.
However, I later saw that both payments were deducted from my bank account, yet I never received the upgraded service.
I tried to reach out by submitting a support ticket and sending emails, but no one has responded for several days.
Honestly, this is unacceptable. I’m a paying customer, and it’s extremely frustrating that my money was taken without providing the service — and no one is responding or issuing a refund.
