一个是海外部分优惠需要绑卡才能享受，绑pp不配；
新用户优惠需要无任何订单记录才能享受，下单后未付款或者取消订单，优惠资格就没了；
风控在逐步加强，海外绑的卡段不行会二验身份信息，国内换绑手机必扫脸。
