photonVPS的客户服务堪忧（已贴具体信息，大家给看看）

１．用了好多主机，如果是发ticket申请ip的，基本上你发了ticket，他先给你开通ip，然后发invoice．
　　photonVPS的做法：发了ticket，他开invoice，我付款，然后我回ticket告诉他我付款了，他再帮我开通．
　　多了一次交互，降低了效率，而且很不习惯．
２．买3个ip，钱都付了，塄是给我２个，感觉客服人员根本没仔细看ticket，如果是认真看，很容易明白怎么回事．

不要说你们有多忙，用过很多vps，独服，从来没碰到过这种问题．

上次论坛也看到你们的负责人说沟通有问题，很多人不等回答就来论坛骂，问题是来来回回几次ticket，感觉你们的客服根本没认真看．

I bought my vps on 11/22/2010,invoice #xxxxx,there have 2 ips and I bought 4 additional ips as follow:

ip2
ip3
ip4
ip5
ip6

I bought 3 additional ips on 12/14/2010,invoice #30561.
but you only give me 2 ips as follow
ip7
ip8
