This email is being sent to all OVZ VPS clients, but only affects customer on node OVZ-03. If you do not have a service on OVZ-03 please ignore this email.
The file check is very long due to heavy corruption of the file system, we are not sure if it is even possible to recover the files on OVZ-03 at this point of time. We will continue to let the file check run for another 24 hours but if it still cannot complete by then we will consider OVZ-03 completely destroyed.
So as not to delay your service any further, we have started restoring a backup of OVZ-03 VPS that we made on 26th March 2015 (Thursday) on a new server node (OVZ-07). The restore is happening right now and will likely take some time to complete. You can check your VPS on SolusVM, if it's online it means the restore has completed for your VPS. I will send another email update once all VPS restore have completed.
Also, we don't usually keep your data backed up so please do not expect us to perform restores for you in future. OVZ-03 has been having problems with data corruption so we made a point to take a backup just in case something like this happened.
