请帮助我填写一下这个表格，找了几个翻译也弄不明白了，具体是怎么样写呢？

那怎么给钱呢？

全部都要英文的，他们看不懂中文的，但是身份证和水电费单扫描件不用翻译，中文的就行，只是走个过场，有个东西就行，反正他们都看不懂
