话说OVH挺恶心的，IP购买的时候大部分都是在RBL里面的，并不是干净IP，移除的时候还要检测这个？不干净要收费

In addition to our blog article published in September and specifically for So you Start offers, we inform you that the price of subscriptions (new & existing) for Additional IP services (additional IPv4, geolocated and fail-over) will gradually evolve as follow:
From March 1, 2023, subscriptions will be charged at $0,70 per month per IP (ex. VAT).
From March 30, 2023, subscriptions will be charged at $1,40 per month per IP (ex. VAT).
From September 1, 2023, subscriptions will be charged at $2,00 per month per IP (ex. VAT).
In parallel with this pricing adjustment, we have updated the Terms and Conditions of our Additional IP service. These Terms and Conditions will be effective from March 1, 2023 for all subscriptions.
Price adjustment: For Additional IP service subscriptions, any new IPv4 address will be delivered on a monthly basis, with no commitment or setup fee.
IP blacklist and reputationof IP addresses: When releasing an Additional IP, if it is found to be blacklisted (RBL), a charge may be incurred upon termination to cover the cost of black list removal.
Additional IP not assigned: We reserve the right to recuperate any unused Additional IP(s) that are not assigned to a service once the user has been informed.
Clarification of transfer rules: An Additional IP attributed to a So you Start (compatible) service can only be re-attached to another service located within the same campus.
Please read these Terms and Conditions in full. No action is required on your part to accept the changes. However, if you would wish to decline them and cancel your service(s), go to your So you Start Control Panel under the “IP” section, or use the dedicated So you Start APIs.
