We at Hytron Network are dedicated to provide reliable and efficient network services to our customers. As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our infrastructure, we will be replacing our core router and switch on Saturday, 8th April , between 2 AM HK Time and 4AM HK Time.

This upgrade will enhance the speed and reliability of our network, allowing us to provide you with even better connectivity and performance. While we expect disruption during the upgrade process, there may be brief periods of downtime, which we apologize for in advance.

由于目前路由器的异常性能问题，导致了故障。原安排在周五更替路由器，目前故障提前产生。
我们会在最迟周六凌晨四点前恢复所有业务并补偿15天的有效期。
但由于目前核心交换机还未抵达香港，只有核心路由器抵达了香港。
清明放假，无技术人员在香港，所以导致目前故障时间超出预期时间。
