The host for the instance(s) listed in this notification experienced a problem, and we were unable to relocate your instance(s) to a new host due to a lack of availability of the specific shape in the Availability Domain your instance was deployed.

We will continue to attempt to relocate your instance once the shape becomes available, but you can also take the following steps to restore access now:

- Resize to a different shape (https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/Content/Compute/Tasks/resizinginstances.htm)
- Terminate the instance and recreate it in a different Fault Domain or region

mmp，进控制台点启动提示Out of host capacity了。这玩具也太不稳定了

简单来说就是你的机器出问题了，Oracle目前正在帮你自动寻找一个新的可用机器

下面两个就是Oracle给你的建议，
1. 调整机器配置
2. 把机器删掉重新创建一个，不过这次得是不同的Fault Domain或地区

英文看得懂，就是觉得很离谱的原因啊。甲骨文连一点备用资源都没有吗？直接出问题GG小鸡了

有3个备用域，而刚好你选中的备用域也不能用了
