机子里装了两个python 自带的2.7和安装的3.7，pip3版本升级是最新的，pip一直是8.几的版本，怎么更新pip呢，尝试一般得做法报错

哪一位大佬支个招，在此先谢谢大佬

你命令错了是这个：python3 -m pip install --upgrade pip

需不需要把所有的python全卸载呢

卸不卸载都可以，没影响
