listed above have been authorized by Microsoft Corporation, its agents, or the

⦁ ACTION REQUESTED (Please complete within 24-hours of receiving this notice):

We hereby give notice of these activities to you and request that you take
expeditious action to remove or disable access to the material described
above, and thereby prevent the unauthorized distribution of these cracks and
product keys via your company's network.

Due to server blocking due to malicious activity, we can only resume servicing
your account after you:

1) Fill in all personal and contact information fields
2) Document your personal and contact information (attach a scan or photo of
your passport on the pages with your full name and place of residence)
3) Detailed agreement on the intended goals of using the server: a complete
list of SOFTWARE and a description of what the SOFTWARE will do.
4) Prevent a repeat of the situation if malicious activity was due to SOFTWARE
