通常用支付宝下单都是即时开通的，老板对中国用户的验证要求比较宽松。
如果楼主使用了 PayPal，则 PayPal 账户必须被认证，大概是人工审核。

根据 ToS，联系信息和付款方式需要符合以下要求，即提供真实姓名和住址，IP 与住址一致，且账户信息和付款账户信息一致，这个要求较高，还是建议用支付宝下单。
