7月29日买的，为什么到现在都还没有给我开通呢。请问英语怎么写，叫他们开通，或者问开通情况。

好像问题有两个。
1 没有提供有效的域名。
2 需要提供近期账单来证明居住地址。水电费手机缴费单银行Post单其他类似。。。
