改邮箱是一个常见自带功能，本来不会增加人工成本，vir只是想多赚钱

虽然性能很差，但只要他们还在想着赚钱，那么跑路的机率就会小一些。

为了打击黄牛，所以不让自己改邮箱，客服改的话是需要巨大人力成本的

检测到你使用了多帐号，这才是关键。后面收钱都是让你只保留一个帐号的人工审查成本。我觉得你应该给，毕竟你注册多个帐号违反了virmach的规定。
