客服给我回了一句：

Please confirm your previously used IP address that logged into this account before the changes. Confirm your name and full billing address, and provide some previous transaction IDs or make a new payment and provide the invoice ID so we can check that you have a valid payment method on file. Then send an e-mail from your old e-mail address to [email protected] with the subject the same as this ticket ID, or provide photo identification.

E-mail changes are not meant to be used in lieu of account transfers, and we also need to verify the account is not compromised.

后面该咋办呀

我前几天收了一个，让卖家发工单改成你的邮箱就行了，自己改还挺麻烦的。

分析的很有道理。所以邮箱就显得非常重要了。一当邮箱失效，相当于小鸡就失联了

好像是5刀。论坛里面有个帖子说明了双方需要具备的条件。
