這個是投訴,隨便寫點東西就搞定
但一定要搞定服務器發垃圾郵件問題,否則他會再發多封信過來,直至你搞定為止

国外对乱发邮件惩罚是最严厉的，美国是这样直接罚款20美元之前租用的服务器！

之前就怕乱来, 强烈要求收了100的押金, 现在还找我退押金....就算不退都亏大了....

是的，亏大了，租户还想问我退100元的押金。。郁闷中。。。。。。
感觉100元的押金都亏大了, 如果账户里面就这一台机器也无所谓，大不了再花个20欧的初装费，但是我账户里面还有其他特价的机器。现在还被IP标记了，以后想正规发邮件都不行了....而且online后台也有一个滥用警告, 下次如果有问题直接扣款封账户.....

他的客户他负责,你的客户你负责.他是你的客户,那么你的责任只到他为止.
就像ONLINE只找你不找他.
所以啊,他客户什么情况跟你没有关系.让他自己处理.
你把他机器收回就是了.
ONLINE这边既然给你48小时了,也挺好的了,起码没直接删机器删账号
