Our engineers are presently working on the server your vps is housed on. We have no ETA for when or if it will be back online. If you have your own backup, we can move your VPS to a new vserver and you can upload the backup there, rather than wait for another update.

Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

When responding, you MUST include as many of the following as you can:

·       Your VEID,

·       Your Hostname

·       Your IP

这个意思是不是说不能恢复了？

能不能帮我写2句话，我要求恢复数据

意思是如果你自己有备份他们就给你开新的，让你自己转过去，要不就等他们恢复，但是不保证什么时间恢复好，估计是没办法给你恢复了。
