it's a known fact china mainland user use proxy to bypass china firewall. they also use a software that resend the same package to reduce chance of dropped packet.

it's a known fact china user also press that paypal dispute before doing anything, reason being is they don't care about the consequence to the provider, if a service does not meet their expectation, they press dispute.

in this case, the providers in this promotion(not the OP's thread.. as he is just merely an affiliate site). takes shitload of paypal dispute... took it to 91yun's. 91yun lost aff. money..... made a post telling people paypal dispute is not the right thing to do, and all of those service are non-managed.

So typical day of leb... china style.

呵呵，从此远离91yun，他在LET上口口声声中国用户、中国用户、滥用、频繁退款、等等，我确实不否认有这样的人，但是他用的是中国用户，而不是某些用户！！！

不是玻璃心，是地图炮真的太严重了。全文没用some “部分” 用户这样的修饰性字眼，还用china style这种明显地域歧视性的词，从来没争议过的看到这种评论，表示发这种评论的人脑子里一定是进屎了。
