标题: 还是单独开个贴吧，提醒别去spacerich
这家不是一般的差，几个印度人搞的，真是没辜负我对阿三又懒又蠢的印像，我买他家德国的VPS，一周要当好几回，每次失去响应至少几个钟头，而且客服特爱重启机器。有天实在毛了我臭骂了丫们一通后再也不用了，他们反正也根本不在乎客户怎么想。附跟他们吵架的原文：

I've been with you guys for only a week or so, but the VPS had been hang and rebooted for at least 3 times by now. Now it's gone again. The ping works but nothing else, not even the VPS control panel at crypto.mydedi.net, I guess you guys "fixed" that by reboots, without any notification or whatsoever; not that I'm expecting stellar service from a $4 VPS, but this is just too much. Find a way to really fix the problem please. Or I'm gone by the end of the billing cycle.

Server is not dead. Please mind your words. Provide us the PING and TRACEROUTE logs to investigate it further..

Can you mark which words exactly that I should mind about in the ticket? I would definitely apologize if you could prove any part of what I said was not true.

Didn't I mention the ping was ok but nothing else? I really don't see how a ping or traceroute can help you solving the problem here. Plus didn't you just rebooted the server like a home PC, again? So to answer your question right now the ping is like this:
