As I have checked you will be able to transfer your domain after 60 days, usually if you transfer domain registered with coupon you should be charged the entire amount of the cost of the domain.

满60天才能转移，好像如果使用优惠码注册的，还要补齐费用才能转移

域名新注册必须满60天才能申请转移，这是统一的规定。

这都能放10年了，你还要转哪里去啊……
