Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Customer,

The host for the instance(s) listed in this notification experienced an issue, and we were unable to relocate your instance(s) to a new host due to a lack of availability of the specific shape in the Availability Domain your instance was deployed.

We will continue to attempt to relocate your instance once the shape becomes available, but you can also take the following steps to restore access now:

- Resize to a different shape
- Terminate the instance and recreate it in a different Fault Domain or region

也被停机了一台，重启不了：无法启动实例：Out of host capacity，估计删了也重建不了。看来剩下的一台AMD和ARM也难保，一年前的建的实例，可惜了

同样问题，两台AMD的在FD-3区域的都挂了，发了公告说遇到问题了，官方尝试迁移但是没空位了，所以别删机，删了重建也是out of host capacity

被停了两台AMD，ARM正常。
重启也不行。只能等了，估计删除重建也没用，而且我这两台只有50M带宽，等等看
